Usage Tips
1. Proper Nail Preparation
Start with clean, dry nails. Remove any old polish and push back cuticles. Buff the nail surface gently to remove shine and create a better grip for the rubber base coat.
2. Apply Thin Layers
For optimal results, apply the rubber base coat in thin layers. This prevents bubbling and ensures even curing under the lamp. It also allows for better flexibility and adhesion.
3. Cap the Free Edge
Always “cap” the free edge of your nails by running the brush along the tip. This helps seal the polish and prevents chipping, enhancing the longevity of your manicure.
4. Cure Properly
Ensure that you cure the rubber base coat under a UV or LED lamp according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Inadequate curing can lead to lifting and reduced wear time.
5. Avoid Skin Contact
Be careful not to apply the rubber base coat on your skin or cuticles. If it accidentally gets on your skin, use a clean brush or orange stick to remove it before curing.
6. Use Self-Leveling Techniques
This rubber base coat has self-leveling properties, allow a few moments after application for it to settle and create a smooth surface before curing.
7. Aftercare
Once your manicure is complete, consider applying cuticle oil to keep your cuticles hydrated and healthy. This also helps maintain the overall look of your nails.
